How a Project Gets Built
Most contractors skip the process and go straight to a number. We do the opposite. Every project follows a structured five-step process — because the quality of the build starts long before construction begins.
Where It Begins
Every project begins with an in-person walkthrough of your property. We want to understand the space — the grade, the exposure, the existing structures — and we want to understand how you live.
We’re not rushing to close a deal. We’re gathering everything we need to design something that actually works for you. This visit is complimentary.
Seeing the Vision
Before a single shovel hits the ground, we build your project in 3D. You see the pool. You see the outdoor kitchen. You see the materials, the layout, the lighting.
The 3D design phase is a retainer service that credits toward your build. It eliminates surprises and ensures that what we build is exactly what you envisioned.
Doing It Right
If your project requires a city permit, HOA approval, or structural engineering — we handle it. We pull permits on every project that needs them. Some contractors skip this. We don’t.
Permit timelines vary by city and project scope. We communicate clearly about what to expect and manage the process so you don’t have to.
Where the Work Happens
This is where the 3D rendering becomes reality. Our foreman manages the job site every day — the same standard, the same attention to detail, from groundbreak to completion.
Every phase of the build is sequenced correctly. We don’t rush phases to hit a deadline at the cost of quality. You receive regular updates throughout construction.
The Final Standard
When the build is complete, we walk every inch of the project with you personally. We review everything against the original 3D design.
Nothing is signed off until you’re fully satisfied. That’s the standard we hold ourselves to on every project we put our name on. After the walkthrough, we remain available.
